You know how in the movies, someone will jam a chair under a door knob to keep an intruder out? We hope you’ve never had to try it but if you have, you know it doesn’t work.
Inspired by this, our friend Dan Ballou, owner of DashDot, designed the Who’s There Chair. Not only is it a well designed and functioning chair, but in a pinch, it can also be used to keep out prowlers and wrong-doers.
His chair was shown at the American Design Club’s recent show Threat and also made an appearance on Fab.com.
